Return and Exchange Policy

At Swan Showcase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a return and exchange policy in line with the following guidelines. Please take a moment to review our policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns if the product is damaged during shipping and reported within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. To ensure you qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it.

  • The return must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the product.

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Please contact us immediately via email (info@swanshowcase.com) or WhatsApp within 72 hours.

  • We will assess the damage and process the return accordingly.

We don’t entertain returns in the following scenarios:

  • You no longer need the products or items you purchased from us.

  • Or you have changed your mind and reconsidered your purchase decision.

  • You wish to cancel your order for no technical reason.

  • Or you don’t like the product ordered after opening the package.

Return Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will begin the refund process. Refunds typically take 8 to 12 business days to be processed.

Note that the shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

No chargebacks or disputes will be entertained unless a complaint has been registered through our official channels (email or WhatsApp).

International Orders

Strict Return Policy: We generally do not accept returns for international orders unless the product is defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will initiate an investigation and replace the item if possible. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.

Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer.

Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as sale, including heavily discounted or limited-time promotional items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the item is damaged upon arrival. For exchanges related to size or color, please ensure the item is in unused condition and within the return period.
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, the customer is responsible for returning the original item and shipping the new one.

We provide detailed size charts and accurate product descriptions (including available colors and sizes) for all items. Please check these details before placing an order to ensure the best fit and selection.
