We only entertain returns if the product is damaged in shipping and if reported to us within 72 hours or 3 days of delivery. You will need to provide us with original proof of your purchase receipt to return any order. We send that receipt to your email at the time of purchase, with the original order number.
If there is an issue with the order you want to return to us, you must share pictures of it with us via email or WhatsApp as proof. You can initiate a request for a return on our official email or WhatsApp number and provide us your order details there, email address, and phone number with your reason for return. As proof of your claim, you can share a picture or video of your order.
Our customer care team will investigate your request. Our team will contact you if it discovers your request is genuine and eligible for return. We cannot create a label for order pick-up for international clients. So, they will need to return their order through courier, as our team recommends, to the address shared via WhatsApp.
Once we review the nature of the complaint, we may offer you an exchange or store credit. We will offer this amount that is of equal value with the validity date of the credit. If we approve your return, we’ll compensate for the price of the article purchased but not the shipping.
We are only responsible for a return after the order reaches our recommended return address. Our refund process starts once we receive back the item (s) purchased. Our timeline for a refund against an item is 8 to 12 days. You cannot dispute with us for your order or chargeback without registering the complaint on our official email or WhatsApp number.
For international orders, Swan Showcase has a strict return policy. Returns are generally not accepted for international orders. If a customer receives a defective or damaged item, Swan Showcase will replace the item after investigation. If the item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered. The customer should notify the team at Swan Showcase within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged. Size charts, available colors and precise details are posted with each item so that customers know exactly what they can expect. We strive to keep you satisfied and it is our mission that every customer is satisfied with our product, packaging and delivery.
We approve returns only if:
Your complaint is valid and genuine.
The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
The product or order you received is incomplete.
We don’t entertain returns in the following scenarios:
You no longer need the products or items you purchased from us.
Or you have changed your mind and reconsidered your purchase decision.
You wish to cancel your order for no technical reason.
Or you don’t like the product ordered after opening the package.
In addition, we reserve the right to send the product back to you or refuse your refund if:
You send back to us a tempered product.
Or the product we receive is damaged or care instructions have been violated.
Currently, we don’t offer exchanges for the items unless the product received is damaged and falls into the parameters mentioned above. If you have any questions or need assistance in this regard, you can contact our customer support team.
