Swan Showcase delivers orders placed on swanshowcase.com to customers in the UK, USA, Canada, UAE, and Pakistan.

Processing & Dispatch

After you place an order, we confirm your purchase and then share your estimated shipping time. If unexpected delays occur, such as customs clearance or carrier issues, we’ll let you know. Custom orders may require extra time due to their complexity.

Shipping Options

We offer Express and Economic (Standard) options. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Charges & Customs

Shipping charges vary by destination, product(s), and method selected at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed outside our country are the customer’s responsibility. From time to time, a free shipping promotion may apply as indicated on-site. 

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We do not accommodate address-change requests after an order is placed. If you believe you made an error, contact support immediately so we can review options before dispatch.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

You can track your parcel using the tracking link we provide at dispatch. While we work to deliver on time, customs checks and other unforeseen events can extend delivery beyond the initial estimate; we’ll notify you if there’s a significant delay.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email or WhatsApp our support team within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery with photos/video and your order number. We will investigate and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit (shipping charges are not refundable). International customers may be asked to return items using a recommended courier to the address we share during support.

Returns & Exchanges
